  5.    DESCRIPTION:
  6.    This error means that the disk you have inserted has been recognised by
  7.    your Amiga but has not been initialised by AmigaDOS.
  8.  
  9.    This error may also occur when using commercial software.

  14.    REMEDY:
  15.    To initialise the disk you must use the Format program found on
  16.    Workbench.  (covered in Applications)
